Her passion for travel and shared meals led to the inspiration for Bread & Butter while in Rome, sitting at a long communal table after a food and wine tour, surrounded by strangers who quickly felt like friends.

Despite coming from different backgrounds, the group shared food, laughter, and stories — and what stood out most was how effortless connection felt when everyone had a shared experience to start from. That moment became the foundation for Bread & Butter.
